We have milk from childhood as our parents force us because they too know advantages of milk. weather the age is 6 or 60 everyone should drink milk. So let's come to the scientific part. Milk is made up of facts, protein, starch and many good bacteria which help our body in any way.M ilk is boon in liquid form that's why when a new baby comes in the world the first thing that goes inside his or her mouth is mother milk.

Benefits of milk.
Milk helps us to maintain immunity and strength as it is the rich source of vitamin. Milk makes our bones and muscles tough because it has a high level of vitamin D.It is also used for treating cancer because it has vitamin D which is cell growing vitamin and protects from cancer. Milk can also decrease depression cause it has the power to reduce the hormone called serotonin which is a mood changing hormone. It also has potassium which keeps your heart fit.
Disadvantages of milk.
Overconsumption of calcium can cause constipation, kidney stone or kidney failure. It could also gain you some fat. Over consumption of potassium in the body ca.n cause heart problems such as artery block or heart failure. Cow's milk has the form of sugar called lactose which is somewhat difficult for humans to digest. According to the to the long studies, it is said that it causes sever acne to boys and girls. Cow's milk also increases cholesterol.
However, it's an old saying that anything more than its need is harmful. We all should drink milk every day at least twice a day.
