SAY NO TO TOBACCO
Today our country India is on third position in consumption of tobacco which is a alarming news for the country citizen . Tobacco has destroyed many families and many lives . It start as habit and later becomes the addictive .The person which is taking tobacco doesn't know how dangerous tobacco is and keep taking it as a daily meal . The person starts taking tobacco as hobby or comes under pressure by his friends or some other person to take this poisonous thing but that person not know that this will become his routine habit and will take the person to the wrong way of life.
Tobacco are of two types smoke -less which include gutkka and betel nuts and cigarette form such as sigar ,bid and hookah which all are extremely injurious to the health .The reason by which people get habituated towards tobacco is that some forms of tobacco are made up of tobacco plant which contains a chemical called nicotine which very highly addictive and later causes sever problem to our vital organs . Nicotine can also causes cancer to the last stage and also causes blood pressure problem.We don't understand that why do people invest money on such kind deadly things .
W.H.O i.e World Health Organisation had ran many campaign to spread awareness among the people . The organisation talked about harm effects on our body but the rate of tobacco production is increasing day-by-day and more companies are coming with their new and harmful product .
Some really harmful effect of tobacoo
1) It causes oral and stomach ulcer which later feel burning sensation while eating spicy food .
2)Chewing of betel nuts can cause direct cancer of fist stage .
3) Oral tobacco can cause dirty stains on teeth which can affect the gum root and make them lose .
4)Smoking destroy the whole lung because when a person starts smoking the temperature of the lung increases and affect the soft tissues.
5)Cigarette has nicotine which is a cancer causing component .

1) If you are habituated of chewing then you buy nicotine chewing gums.
2) Gooseberry is one the best and easy way to quit eating tobacco and smoking it has a chemical factor which prevent nicotine in our body .
3)Ginger is also comes with same property as gooseberry have.It is said whenever we feel to drink alcohol or smoke then we should have a tea with ginger in it .
The fact is true that tobacco industry in India are at highs but this only because of us. We are influencing these companies by buying there injurious item .So lets take resolution on this day to say no to tobacco because it destroys family and there bond to live a good life.
