Its 18 year from 21th century has started . We have became very busy in our day to day life , so that we could not give time to ourselves.
Our routine has became so busy
That we may suffer from stress and the work we want to do perfectly will be destroyed.
So the question occurs in every ones mind is-
what is stress ?
So stress is a mental state in which a man suffers from depression and feels bad about something done.
By the point if view of scientists it is said that being stressed is not good because while person under goes from depression or stress he or she could not do things properly and it also effects our thinking power .In the state of depression a man always thinks negative and feels bad all the time .He will curse himself about the bad thing he did .He will lose his confidence and it becomes very difficult for him to overcome this depression and then he will think to commit suicide for no deeds .In India 30% of teenager and college students commit suicide because of very merely problems.
If anyone is going through the state of stress then don't worry and don't loss hope here are the tips to prevent depression.
1)Listen hip -hop music.
2)Feel confident about yourself.
3) Accept the situation and fight for it .
4) Think positive and handle the situation positively .
5)Try to implement your mistakes .
6) Think that the bad time has gone and the shining tomorrow is waiting for you .
