Yoga provides flexibility to the body and stretch the body .
Meditation ,which is also know as pranayam is the part of yoga which help us to connect with nature .It balance our brain and make it function more nicely.
Yoga can be done by all the age groups ,such as children from the age of 5 can start doing yoga .
it will increase their memorising and understanding power, it will
Protect them from many diseases.
It can be done by the adult age group too.
Yoga will keep there body fit and they don't have to go to the gym for that .It will increase their concentration power so that they could do thier work more efficiently.
It can be done by the old age group .it will protect them vitamin deficiency and protect from problem such as arteritis (to prevent arteritis I have discussed in my previous blog ) sugar problem , blood pressure problem and many more.
Yoga has many benefits that’s why it is promoted in school an colleges and in many institution .
