WHEN YOU WAKE UP IN THE MORNING, THEN FIRST TAKE A HEALTHY DRINK THAT IS GOOD FOR THE STOMACH AND ENERGY , LIKE YOU KEEP THE WATER IN THE COPPER VESSEL OVERNIGHT AND GET UP AND WAKE UP IN THE MORNING.YOU CAN DRINK LEMON JUICE IN LUKEWARM WATER BY ADDING ONE TEASPOON OF HONEY AND BLACK SALT. THIS DRINK IS GOOD FOR THE STOMACH. SPROUTED MOONG OR SPROUTED GRAM CAN TAKE BREAKFAST.OATS CAN ALSO BE TAKEN . IF YOU ACCUSTOMED TO EATING BREAD , YOU CAN EAT ONE OR TWO ROTI WITH 1 CUP YOGURT.OR YOU CAN ALSO EAT A BOWL PORRIDGE, EAT TOGETHER A GOOD FRUIT. LUNCH IF YOU DO 2 OR 3 O'CLOCK ,SO TAKE MID TIME BREAKFAST.WITH THE EMPTY OF THE STOMACH YOU TAKE THE FOOD YOU GET IN FRONT OF YOU.THAT'S WHY YOU SHOULD BE TAKE FRUIT JUICE AND SALAD.PEOPLE HAVE A HABIT OF TAKING HEAVY LUNCH , SO THEY ARE AFRAID OF DIETING.IF U HAVE A HABIT OF TAKING RICE IN LUNCH ,THEN TAKE BROWN RICE IN LUNCH , THEN TAKE BROWN RICE , BROWN RICE IS FIBER RICE WHICH IS DELICATELY DIGESTED , SO THE BODY ALSO GETS TIME TO BURN CALORIES ,DUE TO WHICH IT DOES NOT ACCUMULATE IN THE BODY BY FORMING GLUCOSE. IF YOU ARE ACCUSTOMED TO EATING BREAD ,YOU CAN TAKE A LITTLE VEGETABLE OIL AND A BOWL OF CURD WITH TWO DRY ROTI .IF YOU ARE NON- VEGETARIAN ,SO YOU CAN TAKE CHICKEN, FISH, EGGS ETC. MADE IN LOW OIL .DINNER LIGHT WILL BE AS GOOD FOR YOU. TAKE DINNER WITH OATS, GREEN SOUP OR TOMATO SOUP , SALAD . BY EATING ALL THESE THINGS YOU WILL GET A BALANCED DIET AS WELL AS HEATH WILL NOT INCREASE THE WEIGHT.
AND THE OTHER EASY WAY OF DIETING IS TO REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF FOOD YOU EAT,AS YOU EAT TWO BOWL OF RICE IN THE FOOD , EAT A BOWL OF RICE AND EAT FRUIT AND SALAD INSTEAD OF A BOWL OF RICE . IN A FEW DAYS YOU WILL FEEL THAT YOUR WEIGHT IS LOSING BUT YOU ARE NOT FEELING ANY WEAKNESS. AND AS ALWAYS , WE WOULD SAY THAT YOU PRACTICING MEDITATION , YOGA,EXERCISE ,AND MORNING WALK.
FRIENDS, YOU DO NOT HAVE MUCH TROUBLE TO LOSE WEIGHT .THIS WEIGH THAT'S NOT INCREASED IN 1 DAY AND IT WILL NOT BE REDUCED IN A DAY ,IT WILL BE GRADUALLY.
IF YOU REALLY WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT THEN YOUR WEIGHT WILL DEFINITELY DECREASE BECAUSE IT DEPENDS ON YOUR WILL.
